Cash-Back is a service in Germany that allows you to withdraw cash while shopping. When you shop at these supermarkets, drug stores or gas stations, pay with your card and spend at least some amount, you can additionally withdraw cash.

Do not confuse it with Cashback (reward program). For a free German bank account with a Cashback reward program, see Vivid Money.

How It Works

  1. Choose the products you want to buy.
  2. Make sure the minimum amount to spend is met.
  3. Proceed to checkout.
  4. Tell the clerk that you also want to withdraw cash and how much.
